NO food is allowed into the park. Hurricane Alley Waterpark will provide all food and the cake for your party. If you would like additional food not listed with the party packages, our catering staff would be more than happy to provide it for you. Simply let us know what you are interested in and I will get you a quote.

EVERYONE, children and adults attending the party will need a birthday party ticket. A general admission ticket WILL NOT get them access to the private party area. Exclusion: Children under the age of two.

YES, everyone entering the park requires an admission ticket. A general admission ticket WILL NOT get them access to the private party area.

Hurricane Alley Waterpark operates in the rain; we will do our best to accommodate the party in a covered location. If the park closes due to weather, we will allow you to reschedule the party for a later date. Any other rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours prior to your event without penalty.
Where are the parties going to be?

The parties will be held in the designated area according to the package you select. These areas are: grassy picnic area, the Party Deck, or Cabanas depending on availability and the size of your group.

YES, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit necessary to book your party. The party will not be scheduled until deposit is processed. The full amount of the party must be paid in full 3 business days prior to the party date. You can make changes up until 72 hours before the set party date.
