Can we bring in our own food or cake?
We allow you to bring a cake, cupcakes and/or cookies for your party.
NO other outside food is allowed into the park. Hurricane Alley Waterpark will provide all food for your party. If you would like additional food not listed within the party packages, our catering staff would be more than happy to provide it for you. Simply let us know what you are interested in and we will get you a quote.

Who is counted as a birthday guest?
EVERYONE, children and adults attending the party will need a birthday party ticket. A general admission ticket WILL NOT get them access to the private party area. Exclusion: Children under the age of two.

Does everyone need a ticket even if they are not going to get in the water?
YES, everyone entering the park requires an admission ticket. A general admission ticket WILL NOT get them access to the private party area.

What if it rains?
Hurricane Alley Waterpark operates in the rain; we will do our best to accommodate the party in a covered location. If the park closes due to weather, we will allow you to reschedule the party for a later date. Any other rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours prior to your event without penalty.

Where are the parties going to be?
The parties will be held in the designated area according to the package you select. These areas are: grassy picnic area, the Party Deck, or Cabanas depending on availability and the size of your group.

Do I have to put down a deposit?
YES, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit necessary to book your party. The party will not be scheduled until deposit is processed. The full amount of the party must be paid in full 3 business days prior to the party date. You can make changes up until 72 hours before the set party date.

Birthday Party Booking Policy

The lifetime of memories are free but to secure your party area, Hurricane Alley Waterpark requires a 25% non-refundable deposit and a 14 day advance notice to book your party.

Full payment is due 3 business days (Mon-Fri) prior to event.
